Jack Learning to Crawl from The Fullers on Vimeo.
Jack has become increasingly more mobile over the last week, and he's more curious than ever. Any time we set him down on the floor, he immediately begins crawling around to inspect anything and everything within reach. The ladies at daycare tell us that at school he is very busy and is crawling all over the room. They have to chase him out from under the cribs. Here's a little snippet of video of jack doing the "army crawl" to get to his toys.
Yesterday we took Jack to the Goodnight/Balgopal home for his buddy Karthik's first birthday. My, how time flies. Happy birthday Karthik! Anita put together a lovely afternoon feast that included my favorite, samosas, and not just one, but two kinds of potatoes. Yum! And there were two cakes, too. Anita and Chris put their dual skills to work and made a lovely little train out of cake that rode on licorice rails. That Karthik is one lucky little boy. It was a fun time and we got to watch all of the babies crawl around the floor and play with Karthik's toys.

Becky woke up this morning wanting waffles. Jack has never had them before but seemed to approve. And the maple syrup must have worked some magic too because he gave the jumperoo a good workout afterwards.
